Return and Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy:

When paying online, you agree that:

  • The amount is paid in full and is not allowed to be divided.
  • When you complete the payment process and want to cancel the service, you are subject to the terms and conditions of the return policy, whether the service is an invoice or an agreement (see the return policy).
  • The currency considered in financial dealings with the medical complex is the Saudi riyal.
  • Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Mada or bank transfer, any method available, as it is updated periodically



Appointment booking policy:

You will be contacted by customer service to schedule an appointment that suits you, and we assure you to abide by the following:

  • You may not book a false, fraudulent or discretionary appointment, and you represent and warrant that the information provided to us during booking your appointment is correct.
  • You may not book an appointment at a clinic that does not accept appointment bookings.
  • You will be contacted before the appointment to confirm it, God willing.
  • You may not book two appointments at the same clinic.
  • We reserve the right to cancel the appointment via the website if you are absent 3 times.


Return/Cancellation Policy:

When refunding the service amount for a reason related to the beneficiary of the service or from the service provider, we confirm the commitment to the following:


  • If the cause is caused by the beneficiary:

A request to return an invoice service, an agreement, or a package will not be considered if the service has been fully utilized.

The amount is not returned through the bank account, but rather it is received by personally attending the medical complex and completing the necessary procedures to receive the cash amount.

Filling out the service cancellation form or refunding the amount, stating the reason, does not mean that the full amount will be refunded, but this form is subject to review by the Operations and Accounting Department.

In the event that the return request was for an agreement or package and some services affiliated with the package or agreement were used, the value of the basic price of the services benefited from them will be deducted from the total amount paid and the remaining amount will be recovered after the discount.

The refund request is processed within a period of one to 5 working days.

  • If the cause is caused by the service provider:

The full amount will be refunded to the beneficiary of the service.

The refund form is to be filled out in accordance with the internal regulations of the complex, and in some cases, a signature on the receipt is required.

The amount is received in cash or transferred through the bank account, according to the beneficiary's desire.

The refund request is processed on the same day or the next day.
